I started my career in HR, where I ran recruitment campaigns, assessment centers, and traveled across countries to hire expat staff for businesses in the Middle East. It was exciting work – but over time, I felt the disconnect. Many decisions didn’t align with my values, and I knew I was meant for something different.
That led me to the digital space, where I discovered a role that finally fit: Online Business Management. I pursued accreditation as an Accredited Online Business Manager, and through years of client work, I gained a front-row seat to the realities of running six- and seven-figure businesses.
Again and again, I noticed the same challenge: businesses with big missions lacked streamlined systems and data clarity. To serve my clients better, I became a Certified Business Process Specialist and later pursued the Designer Dashboard Certification – giving me the tools to help founders step fully into their CEO role, backed by systems, metrics, and intentional strategy.
Today, I partner with 6–7 figure founders who want to grow profitably, sustainably, and in alignment with their values.
